Abstract Submission Now Closed

Please include your Poster Presentation Code which was included in your Notification Letter to ensure it is easily identifiable at the Congress venue.
​The extended deadline to submit abstracts for E-AHPBA 2025 was 23rd January 2025 (23:59hrs GMT). All presenting authors will receive a notification of acceptance / rejection by email from 20th March 2025 onwards.
The deadline to submit abstracts for Clinical Trials in Progress at E-AHPBA 2025 was 8th April 2025 (23:59hrs BST). All presenting authors will receive a notification of acceptance / rejection by email from 11th April 2025 onwards.
The submitting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract. ​
